User Manual

Navigation
  1. Press the left, right, up or down cursor key to move between visible components.
  2. Press the middle key (also known as Fire) to start an action associated with the active component.
  3. Press the middle key or tap on a day in the calendar to select this day as a menstruation day. Do it again to unselect it.
  4. Press the left or right cursor key when the date button is highlighted to switch the current month.
 Prediction
  1. The application will automatically predict your probable future menstruation and ovulation days.
  2. The average period length is displayed on the options screen.
Options
  1. Select "Options, Help" to go to the options screen. Select "Exit" to quit the application, "Clear all data" to clear all information about menstruation dates, "Return to calendar" to return to the main screen.
 More information
  1. You can use the touch screen if it is supported on your phone.
  2. The application automatically changes the user interface when the screen of your device is rotated.
