Navigation- Press the left, right, up or down cursor key to move between visible components.
- Press the middle key (also known as Fire) to start an action associated with the active component.
- To change a date or a number visible on the active component press the left or right cursor key.

How to use it?- Go to the statistics page, choose "Change Limit", set the calorie limit, start date and end date. The blue line on the chart should now show the new limit (the red line shows how many calories you ate on a given day). You can set different limits for different periods.
- Return to the main menu, choose "Eat something" and then "List of products" ("Food and Sport" and "Add eaten food", respectively, in Fit Pro). A list of product categories should appear on the screen. Choose one of the categories or press the "Search" button to search for some food item. Now click on the item, enter the weight of the portion you ate and press "OK" to add this product.
- If you cannot find your food on the list, please choose "Product not on the list" and then enter its name, weight and the number of calories in 100g.
- (Only Fit Pro) Choose "Add Sport Activity", select physical activity, enter the exercise duration and your weight. Press "OK" to add this activity to your list.
- Watch the statistics. Your daily calorie intake and its limit are visible on the pie diagram on the main screen, the monthly chart is located on the statistics screen.
