About

Fit is a Java software for mobile phones designed to help you with your diet. It contains a food calorie database. You should enter the foods you eat every day. The application allows you to set your daily calorie limit which you want to achieve.

The newest version of the application contains a physical activity database that includes information about the number of calories burned during the activity.

How does it work?
  1. Set your calorie limits (for example: 1900 calories this week, 1800 calories next week).
  2. Enter foods you ate after every meal.
  3. Check on the diagram how many calories you can consume before you achieve the calorie limit.
  4. View the chart of eaten calories and calorie limits per day.
  5. (Only Fit Pro) Enter your daily activity (swimming, dancing, aerobics etc.). The number of burned calories will be included on the chart.
Supported phones

The application runs on most phones supporting J2ME technology. There is a special version for BlackBerry smartphones. Android version is also available.
