Dual N-Back - IQ

IQ is a Java software for mobile phones (including BlackBerry and Android smartphones) that contains a brain training exercise known as a Dual N-Back task.

According to Swiss researchers, this exercise increases your fluid intelligence in 19 days (if used for 25 minutes a day). Yes, it is possible to think faster - you will be impressed.

1. Memorize the sound of a letter (for example, "Q") and the position of a filled rectangle (for example, the top-left corner).
2. At level N (Dual N-Back), press "Audio" when the sound is the same as the sound played N steps before and press "Visual" when the rectangle is at the same position as the rectangle N steps before.
3. Example (3-Back, sound): G H T W H - "Audio", because "H" was also played 3 steps before.

The application supports nearly all current Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung phones. There are two versions (free lite and paid) for Android. There is a special version for Blackberry smartphones.
