1. How to reinstall? Visit the store, select the app, click "Buy"; the store will say that you bought it and let you download it again.
2. Audio recording problems: Main Menu -> Options -> Advanced -> Apps -> Tuner -> Menu -> Permissions -> Everything to "Allow" -> Save
3. How to move the charts or the data to your PC? Connect the phone to the PC, launch Desktop Manager, choose Media Manager, go to the Dev. Memory / Pictures, copy the file bp-1-2010.csv to your computer, open it using any spreadsheet app.
