Is there like a way i could wear pads and still go swimming ? Like is there waterproof undies? 😅😅

Yeah I have a pair of those they work really good. Just be careful after you swim cause when I sat down and stuff I would leave red marks on things, so just change right after. Also the water pressure is supposed to stop your flow so if you really want to just wear like dark colored swim bottoms you could. Just be careful with tampons cause they can sometimes get infected.

Yeah I have a pair of prop panties too! Pretty much the water stops your flow because of the pressure so if you just wore dark bottoms and changed right after you'll be fine.
