So I’ve been dieting for about 9 weeks, and as I dropped weight (35 lbs) I started to get my period on a regular basis rather than every 4 or 5 months which is good! My only complaint is that the entire week of my period, my weight didn’t budge on the scale, which I expected. My period ended officially yesterday, and today it is still the same on the scale. How long should I wait before weighing myself? Or is this accurate?
Well a lot of times you might go up a few pounds during your cycle, so seeing as how you’re trying to lose weight, your weight might not budge
And also it might take a little bit for it to wear off
