Pre period dreams

Okay idk if this happens to anyone else or if it’s just me but usually the night before my period starts I have a dream abt my period. I’ll either wake up the next day having started my period or wake up in the middle of the night after my dream and it will have literally just started. Is this normal? Lmk if anyone else has experienced this💖

I think u r overthinkng about ur period and it subconciously stored in ur brain,so it is informing(making concious)through a dream
