Can anyone tell me the best way to get the blood stains out of my underwear?

Hydrogen peroxide and cold water. Pour peroxide and wipe off bubbles/fizz. Soak in cold water for at least 12 hours and wash normally😁

I just use cold water and regular bar soap. works for me

Soak in milk as soon as you can. Then wash in you machine 😀

You can get most stains out by stretching the cloth over a bowl and pour boiling water slowly on the stain.

Bleach I find helps

Just use cold water and soap for about 10-15 minutes and the stain should come out

I just wash mine in the shower, add soap and scrub then rinse then add more soap and let it soak the whole time u shower and then when ur finishing rinse and scrub with soap and rinse one more time then ta da all gone!!!

I use vinegar and leave it in a bowls for like 5-10 minutes.

And if is color red leave it for 2-3 minutes

Nappy sand in cold water as soon as possible to when it gets into your under wear then let it soak for 15 to 20 mins then put it into a normal wash and then boom clean undies

Soap and cold water, wash it with your hands and than in the washing machine boom it work for me 😁

you can handwash first with creambar

Just keep in worm water for 5 min then wash as usual

Peroxide works the best

Use your saliva, the ph in it will get the blood out

Hydrogen peroxide then warm soap and water usually works for me. A scientist told me that you want to replicate the chemistry of the blood to draw it out of the fabric- so washing with warm water (body temperature), a little bit of salt, and (I know sounds gross but apparently the enzymes help?) some spit helps 🤷🏻‍♀️
