To be more specific- when your ovaries realeases an egg into your vagina.

It’s when your eggs drop Down into your ovaries and you get get pregnant. If you don’t get pregnant then you will start your cycle

It happens 14 days before your next period. Use a period tracker to see the length of your cycle and you can go by that. I always get cramps when I ovulate so that’s a hint for me
