Six inches(basically lay on the ground on ur back and lift ur feet up six inches)
Crunches(half sit ups)
Sisscors (six inches but move ur feet over each other then under etc)

There’s an app literally called 30 day ab challenges and it’s a lot but I noticed me getting slimmer around day ten but depending on how your body is you might have to do two months
